s 14 Insulting behaviour

Any person who uses any indecent, threatening, abusive or insulting words, or behaves in a threatening or insulting manner, or posts up or affixes or exhibits any indecent, threatening, abusive or insulting written paper or drawing with intent to provoke a breach of the peace, or whereby a breach of the peace is likely to be occasioned, shall be liable to a fine not exceeding one hundred ringgit.

Mana-mana orang yang menggunakan perkataanperkataan yang lucah, mengugut, kasar atau menghina, atau berkelakuan dengan cara yang mengugut atau menghina, atau menampal atau melekatkan atau mempamerkan apa-apa kertas bertulis atau lukisan yang lucah, mengugut, kasar atau menghina dengan niat membangkitkan keadaan tidak aman, atau di mana suatu keadaan tidak aman mungkin akan berlaku, boleh dikenakan denda tidak melebihi satu ratus ringgit.
