s 22 Wilful trespass
Whoever, without satisfactory excuse, wilfully trespasses in or upon any dwelling-house or premises, or upon any land attached thereto, or upon any boat or vessel, or upon any land belonging to the Government of Malaysia or of any State or appropriated to any public purpose, not thereby in any of the above cases causing any actual damage, or not causing, in the opinion of the Magistrate, more than nominal damage, shall be liable to a fine not exceeding fifty ringgit.

Sesiapa jua pun yang, tanpa alasan yang Penmemuaskan, dengan sengaja menceroboh masuk atau cerobohan ke atas mana-mana rumah kediaman atau premis, atau sengaja. ke atas mana-mana tanah yang berkembar dengannya, atau ke atas mana-mana bot atau vesel, atau ke atas mana-mana tanah kepunyaan Kerajaan Malaysia atau mana-mana Negeri atau yang diperuntukkan bagi apaapa maksud awam, yang tidak dèngan itu dalam manamana hal di atas menyebabkan apa-apa kerosakan sebenar, atau tidak menyebabkan, pada pendapat Majistret, lebih daripada . kerosakan nominal, boleh dikenakan denda tidak melebihi lima puluh ringgit.
