s 8 Letting loose dog or other animal
Any person who without lawful excuse sets on or urges any dog or other animal to attack, worry or put in fear any person or animal, shall be liable to a fine not exceeding one hundred ringgit.

Mana mana orang yang tanpa alasan yang sah di sisi undang-undang menggalak atau mendorong manamana anjing atau haiwan lain untuk menyerang, membimbangkan atau menakutkan mana-mana orang atau haiwan, boleh dikenakan denda tidak melebihi satu ratus ringgit.
