The Director General may determine matters relating to the conferment of medal or honorary rank to any person as he deems fit.

Ketua Pengarah boleh menentukan perkara yang berhubungan dengan pengurniaan pingat atau pangkat kehormat kepada mana-mana orang yang difikirkannya sesuai.
