s 17
(1) Where—
(a) a person has died or is suspected to have died of an infectious disease; and
(b) an authorized officer has given directions as to the manner in which the corpse of such person is to be buried or cremated, no person shall bury or cremate such corpse otherwise than in accordance with the directions of the authorized officer.
(2) Any person who contravenes subsection (1) commits an offence. Disinfection and closure of premises

(1) Jika- Pengurusan orang-orang
(a) seseorang telah mati atau disyaki telah mati mati. akibat sesuatu penyakit berjangkit; dan
(b) seseorang pegawai diberikuasa telah memberikan arahan-arahan bagaimana mayat orang itu akan dikebumikan atau dibakar, maka tiada seorang pun boleh mengebumikan atau membakar mayat itu selain daripada mengikut arahanarahan pegawai diberikuasa itu.
(2) Mana-mana orang yang melanggar subseksyen
(1) adalah melakukan suatu kesalahan.
