Enakmen Pesakit Kusta bagi Negeri-Negeri Melayu Bersekutu adalah dipinda dengan memansuhkan seksyen 4, 5, 6, 7, 8, 10, subseksyen (iv) seksyen 11, seksyen 12, subseksyen (ii) seksyen 13, seksyen 14, 15, 17, 19, 21 dan 24 dan Jadual kepada Enakmen itu.
