s 35 Members of the Volunteer Reserve

Any person (not being a member of the Armed Forces of Malaysia or any Force established under any written law) not below the age of eighteen or over the age of fifty years, and is in possession of such qualifications as may be prescribed may volunteer and be accepted for appointment in the Volunteer Reserve.

Anggota Sukarelawan Simpanan

Seseorang (bukan anggota Angkatan Tentera Malaysia atau mana-mana Pasukan yang ditubuhkan di bawah mana-mana undangundang bertulis) yang berumur tidak rendah daripada lapan belas tahun atau lebih daripada lima puluh tahun, dan memiliki kelayakan yang ditetapkan boleh menawarkan diri dan diterima untuk lantikan dalam Sukarelawan Simpanan.
