A volunteer reserve police officer when performing police duties shall have the same powers and duties and the same protection and immunities and shall be subject to the same authority and discipline as a police officer of corresponding rank.
Kuasa pegawai polis sukarelawan simpanan
Seseorang pegawai polis sukarelawan simpanan apabila melaksanakan tugas polis hendaklah mempunyai kuasa dan tugas yang sama dan perlindungan dan imuniti yang sama dan hendaklah tertakluk kepada pihak berkuasa dan disiplin yang sama seperti pegawai polis yang bersamaan pangkat dengannya.
