s 69 Members of the Cadet Corps
(1) Any person (not being a member of the Armed Forces of Malaysia or any force established under any written law), not below the age of twenty-one or above the age of fifty years, who is in possession of such qualifications as may be prescribed, may offer himself and may be accepted for appointment as a senior Cadet Corps officer.
(2) Any person, who is undergoing full time education in such school as may be prescribed by the Minister, may enrol and be accepted in the Cadet Corps as a cadet.

Anggota Kor Kadet
(1) Seseorang (bukan anggota Angkatan Tentera Malaysia atau mana-mana pasukan ditubukan di bawah mana-mana undang-undang bertulis), yang berumur tidak rendah daripada dua puluh satu tahun atau lebih daripada lima puluh tahun, yang memiliki kelayakan yang ditetapkan, boleh menawarkan dirinya dan boleh diterima untuk dilantik sebagai pegawai kanan Kor Kadet.
(2) Seseorang yang menjalani pelajaran sepenuh masa di manamana sekolah yang ditetapkan oleh Menteri, boleh mendaftar dan diterima dalam Kor Kadet sebagai seorang kadet.
