s 76 Full pay not to accrue during absence without leave or imprisonment
No pay or allowance, including trade pay but excluding rent allowance shall accrue to any police officer in respect of any period
during which he is absent from duty without leave or good cause, or is undergoing any sentence of imprisonment:
Provided that the Disciplinary Authority may, in its discretion, authorize the payment of such proportion of pay, allowances and trade pay, not being more than one half, as it may think fit.

Gaji penuh tidak terakru semasa tidak hadir tanpa kebenaran atau semasa dalam penjara
Tiada apa-apa gaji dan elaun, termasuk bayaran ketukangan tetapi tidak termasuk elaun sewa rumah akan terakru kepada manamana pegawai polis bagi mana-mana tempoh yang dia tidak hadir bertugas tanpa kebenaran atau sebab yang memuaskan, atau sedang menjalani apa-apa hukuman penjara:
Dengan syarat bahawa Pihak Berkuasa Disiplin boleh, mengikut budi bicaranya, membenarkan dibayar apa-apa kadar gaji, elaun dan bayaran ketukangan yang tidak lebih daripada separuh, sebagaimana difikirkannya patut.
