s 82 Police Funds and purposes of Fund
(1) The Fund shall be controlled by the Inspector General subject to any rules or regulations made under this Act.
(2) The Fund shall be applied for the purpose of—
(a) rewarding police officers for extra or special services rendered by them;
(b) procuring for police officers who are serving or who have retired or have been discharged on pension, gratuity or allowance such comforts, conveniences or other amenities or advantages not chargeable to public revenue; and
(c) granting loans on terms prescribed by the rules to police officers who are serving or have retired or had been discharged on pension or gratuity or to the dependants of deceased police officers.

Kumpulan Wang Polis dan maksud Kumpulan Wang
(1) Kumpulan Wang hendaklah dikawal oleh Ketua Polis Negara tertakluk kepada apa- apa kaedah- kaedah atau peraturanperaturan yang dibuat di bawah Akta ini.
(2) Kumpulan Wang itu hendaklah digunakan bagi maksud―
(a) memberi hadiah kepada pegawai polis bagi perkhidmatan tambahan atau khas yang diberi oleh mereka;
(b) mengadakan bagi pegawai polis yang sedang berkhidmat atau telah bersara atau telah diberhentikan dengan pencen, ganjaran atau elaun, apa-apa keselesaan, kesenangan atau kemudahan atau faedah lain yang tidak dipertanggungkan kepada hasil awam; dan
(c) memberi pinjaman atas terma yang ditetapkan oleh kaedah-kaedah kepada pegawai polis yang sedang berkhidmat atau telah bersara atau telah diberhentikan
dengan pencen atau ganjaran atau kepada orang tanggungan pegawai polis yang telah mati.
