s 87 Mutiny
Any police officer who causes, incites, or joins in any mutiny or disaffection in the Force or conspires with any other person to cause such mutiny or disaffection, or does not use his utmost endeavour to suppress any such mutiny or disaffection or, having knowledge of any mutiny or disaffection or intended mutiny or disaffection, does not, without delay, give information thereof to the police officer to whom he is subordinate, shall be guilty of an offence and shall be liable on conviction to imprisonment for a term not exceeding five years.

Dahagi
Mana-mana pegawai polis yang menyebabkan, mengapikan, atau masuk serta dalam apa-apa dahagi atau penderhakaan dalam Pasukan atau berkomplot dengan mana-mana orang lain untuk menyebabkan dahagi atau penderhakaan itu, atau tidak berusaha dengan sedaya upayanya untuk menumpaskan apa-apa dahagi atau penderhakaan itu atau, setelah mengetahui akan apa-apa dahagi atau penderhakaan atau cadangan akan apa- apa dahagi atau penderhakaan, tidak, tanpa berlengah-lengah, memberi maklumat mengenainya kepada pegawai polis atasannya, adalah melakukan suatu kesalahan dan apabila disabitkan boleh dikenakan hukuman penjara selama tempoh tidak melebihi lima tahun.
