s 91 Police officer may arrest without warrant for offences under subsection 31(2), sections 86, 87, 89 and 90

Any police officer may, without warrant, arrest any person who contravenes or who is reasonably suspected of having committed any offence under subsection 31(2), sections 86, 87, 89 and 90.

Seseorang pegawai polis boleh menangkap tanpa waran manamana orang yang melanggar atau yang disyaki dengan munasabah telah melakukan mana-mana kesalahan di bawah subseksyen 31 (2), seksyen 86, 87, 89 dan 90.
