s 93 Police Associations

For the purpose of enabling police officers to consider and bring to the notice of the Government all matters affecting their welfare and efficiency, including pay, pensions and conditions of service, other than questions of promotion affecting individuals and of discipline, there may be established one or more associations which shall operate and be administered in accordance with rules. Any such association and any branch thereof shall be entirely independent of and unassociated with any body or person outside the Force, and shall be exempt from any law relating to the registration of societies.

Persatuan polis

Bagi maksud untuk membolehkan pegawai polis menimbangkan dan membawa kepada perhatian Kerajaan semua perkara yang melibatkan kebajikan dan kecekapan mereka, termasuk gaji, pencen dan syarat perkhidmatan, lain daripada soalan yang melibatkan kenaikan pangkat individu dan disiplin, suatu persatuan atau lebih boleh ditubuhkan dan persatuan itu hendaklah dikendalikan serta ditadbir menurut kaedah-kaedah. Mana-mana persatuan sedemikian dan cawangannya hendaklah pada keseluruhannya bebas daripada dan tidak bersekutu dengan mana-mana badan atau orang di luar Pasukan, dan hendaklah dikecualikan daripada mana-mana undangundang yang berhubungan dengan pendaftaran pertubuhan.
