s 95 Rules
(1) The Yang di-Pertuan Agong may make rules, not inconsistent with this Act, for carrying out the purposes of this Act.
(2) In particular and without prejudice to the generality of the foregoing, the Yang di-Pertuan Agong may make rules relating to all or any of the following matters:
(a) the classification and seniority of the various grades, ranks and appointments in the Force and in all other bodies established or raised for police duties under this Act;
(b) the grant in special cases of honorary rank to any person and the occasions on which such person may wear the uniform of such honorary rank;
(c) the payment of pensions and gratuities, pay and allowances and compensation of members of the Force and of members of all other bodies established or raised for police duties under this Act;
(d) the administration of the Police Fund;
(e) all matters which, under this Act, may be provided for or prescribed by rules;
(f) generally for the good order and government of the Force and of all other bodies established or raised for police duties under this Act.

Kaedah-kaedah
(1) Yang di-Pertuan Agong boleh membuat kaedah-kaedah yang tidak berlawanan dengan Akta ini, bagi menjalankan maksud Akta ini.
(2) Khususnya dan tanpa menyentuh keluasan yang tersebut di atas, Yang di-Pertuan Agong boleh membuat kaedah-kaedah berhubungan dengan semua atau mana-mana perkara berikut:
(a) pengkelasan dan kekananan pelbagai gred, pangkat dan pelantikan dalam Pasukan dan dalam semua badan lain yang ditubuhkan atau didirikan untuk menjalankan tugas polis di bawah Akta ini;
(b) pemberian dalam hal-hal tertentu darjat kehormat kepada mana-mana orang dan masa mana-mana orang itu boleh memakai pakaian seragam darjat kehormat itu;
(c) bayaran pencen dan ganjaran, gaji dan elaun dan pampasan kepada anggota Pasukan dan anggota semua badan lain yang ditubuhkan atau didirikan untuk menjalankan tugas polis di bawah Akta ini;
(d) pentadbiran Kumpulan Wang Polis;
(e) semua perkara yang, di bawah Akta ini, boleh diadakan atau ditetapkan melalui kaedah-kaedah;
(f) secara amnya bagi faedah dan pentadbiran Pasukan dan semua badan lain yang ditubuhkan atau didirikan untuk menjalankan tugas polis di bawah Akta ini.
