s 12 Contents of warrant

Every warrant aforesaid shall contain a statement that the person therein mentioned has been adjudged guilty of contempt by the House and shall specify the nature of the contempt; and every such warrant shall be sufficient, if it can be reasonably inferred therefrom that the person mentioned therein has been adjudged guilty of any of the contempts aforesaid, and it shall not be necessary to observe any particular form in any such warrant.

Kandungan waran

Tiap-tiap waran yang disebut terdahulu hendaklah mengandungi suatu pernyataan bahawa orang yang tersebut dalam waran itu telah dihukum bersalah oleh Majlis kerana menghina dan hendaklah menyatakan sifat penghinaan itu; dan tiap-tiap waran sedemikian adalah mencukupi jika dapat dengan munasabahnya disimpulkan daripadanya bahawa orang yang tersebut di dalamnya telah dihukum bersalah atas mana-mana penghinaan yang disebut terdahulu, dan tidaklah perlu mematuhi apa-apa bentuk tertentu dalam mana-mana waran tersebut.
