Houses of Parliament (Privileges and Powers) Act 1952 s 13

s 13 Power of President to order arrest of persons causing disturbance during sitting of House

Any person creating or joining in any disturbance in the House during its actual sitting may be arrested without warrant on the verbal order of the President, and may be kept in the custody of an officer of the House until the House can consider the alleged offence.

Kuasa Yang Dipertua memerintah penangkapan orang yang melakukan kekacauan semasa Majlis sedang bersidang

Mana-mana orang yang membuat atau menyertai apa-apa kekacauan dalam Majlis semasa ia sebenarnya bersidang boleh ditangkap tanpa waran atas perintah lisan Yang Dipertua, dan boleh ditahan dalam jagaan seorang pegawai Majlis sehingga Majlis dapat menimbangkan kesalahan yang dikatakan itu.
