Houses of Parliament (Privileges and Powers) Act 1952 s 24
s 24 Journals of the House admissible as evidence
Upon any enquiry touching the privileges, immunities, and powers of the House or of any member, any copy of the journals printed or purporting to be printed by the Government Printer or by or under the authority of the House shall be admitted as evidence of such journals in all courts and places without any proof being given that such copy was so printed.

Jurnal Majlis boleh diterima sebagai keterangan
Dalam apa-apa siasatan yang menyentuh keistimewaan, kekebalan, dan kuasa Majlis atau mana-mana ahli, apa-apa naskhah jurnal yang dicetak atau berupa sebagai dicetak oleh Pencetak Kerajaan, atau dengan atau di bawah kuasa Majlis, hendaklah diterima sebagai keterangan bagi jurnal itu dalam semua mahkamah dan tempat tanpa diberikan apa-apa bukti bahawa naskhah itu telah dicetak sedemikian.
