Houses of Parliament (Privileges and Powers) Act 1952 s 25

s 25 Penalty for printing false copy of law, report, etc.

Any person who shall print or cause to be printed a copy of any law now or hereafter in force or a copy of any report, paper, minutes or votes and proceedings of the House or any committee as purporting to have been printed by the Government Printer, or by or under the authority of the House, or any committee, or by the President, and the same is not so printed or shall tender in evidence any such copy as purporting to be so printed, knowing that the same was not so printed, shall be guilty of an offence and shall be liable upon conviction to imprisonment for a period not exceeding three years.

Penalti kerana mencetak naskhah palsu undang-undang, laporan, dll.

Mana-mana orang yang mencetak atau menyebabkan dicetak sesuatu naskhah apa-apa undang-undang yang berkuat kuasa pada masa ini atau kemudian daripada ini atau sesuatu naskhah apa-apa laporan, kertas, minit atau vot dan prosiding Majlis atau mana-mana jawatankuasa yang berupa sebagai telah dicetak oleh Pencetak Kerajaan, atau dengan atau di bawah kuasa Majlis atau mana-mana jawatankuasa, atau oleh Yang Dipertua, dan naskhah itu tidak dicetak sedemikian, atau mengemukakan sebagai keterangan apa-apa naskhah sedemikian yang berupa sebagai dicetak sedemikian, dengan mengetahui bahawa ia tidak dicetak sedemikian, adalah melakukan suatu kesalahan dan apabila disabitkan boleh dipenjarakan selama tempoh tidak melebihi tiga tahun.
