s 30 Recovery of penalties
The Attorney General may sue for and recover in any civil court of competent jurisdiction any penalty incurred by any person under this Act as though such penalty were a debt due to the Government.

Peguam Negara boleh, di mana-mana mahkamah sivil berbidang kuasa kompeten, mendakwa dan mendapatkan apa-apa penalti yang dilakukan oleh mana-mana orang di bawah Akta ini seolah-olah penalti itu adalah hutang yang kena dibayar kepada Kerajaan.
