Houses of Parliament (Privileges and Powers) Act 1952 s 8

s 8 Exemption from liability in damages for any act done under the authority of the House

No person shall be liable in damages or otherwise for any act done under the authority of the House, and within its legal powers or under any warrant issued by virtue of those powers.

Pengecualian daripada bertanggungan atas ganti rugi kerana apa-apa perbuatan yang dilakukan di bawah kuasa Majlis

Tiada seorang pun boleh bertanggungan atas ganti rugi atau selainnya kerana apa-apa perbuatan yang dilakukan di bawah kuasa Majlis, dan mengikut had kuasa undang-undangnya atau di bawah mana-mana waran yang dikeluarkan menurut kuasa itu.
