s 5 Execution of documents
(1) All deeds, documents and other instruments requiring the seal of the Corporation shall be sealed with the seal of the Corporation in the presence of—
(a) the Federal Lands Commissioner; or
(b) any officer designated by the Federal Lands Commissioner for the purposes of this subsection by notification in the Gazette,
who shall sign every such deed, document or other instrument to which the corporate seal is affixed, and such signing shall be sufficient evidence that the said seal was duly and properly affixed and that the same is the lawful seal of the Corporation.

(1) Segala suratikatan, dokumen dan suratcara lain naan dokuyang memerlukan meterai Perbadanan hendaklah men-dokumen. dimeteraikan dengan meterai Perbadanan di hadapan-
(a) Pesuruhjaya Tanah Persekutuan, atau
(b) mana-mana pegawai yang telah ditetapkan oleh Pesuruhjaya lanah Persekutuan bagı maksud-maksud subseksyen ini melalui pemberitahuan dalam Warta, yang hendaklah menandatangani tiap-tiap suratikatan, dokumen atau suratcara lain itu yang padanya dicapkan meterai perbadanan, dan penandatanganan itu hendaklah menjadi keterangan yang cukup bahawa meterai tersebut telah dicapkan dengan sempurnanya dan sepatutnya dan bahawa meterai itu adalah meterai Perbadanan yang sah.

PESURUHJAYA TANAH PERSEKUTUAN IS. 6-7] konklusif bahawa orang itu telah dilantik sedemikian dengan sempurnanya.
