Semua hak, kuasa dan liabiliti yang, sebelum sahaja Akta ini mula berkuatkuasa, terletakhak pada atau dipertanggungkan ke atas Ketua Setiausaha, Persekutuan Tanah Melayu, menurut kuasa seksyen 8 Ordinan Ketua Setiausaha (Pemerbadanan), 1949 atau selainnya hendaklah, apabila Akta mula berkuatkuasa, terletakhak pada atau dipertanggungkan atas Perbadanan.
