s 20 Exception for money paid into a subordinate court
(1) Nothing in this Act shall apply to any money paid into a subordinate court to the credit of an infant in any action or proceeding in a subordinate court, or to any money in a subordinate court ordered to be transferred to the credit of an infant, but the same shall be dealt with according to rules of court unless the Court or a Judge shall in any case otherwise order.
(2) In this section “subordinate court” means any court subordinate to the High Court.

(1) Tiada apa-apa jua dalam Akta ini boleh Kekecualian terpakai bagi apa-apa wang yang dibayar ke dalam bagi wang mahkamah rendah kepada kredit seseorang budak rang dibaya ke dalar dalam apa-apa tindakan atau prosiding dalam rentaa.al mahkamah rendah, atau bagi apa-apa wang dalam mahkamah rendah yang diperintahkan untuk dipindahkan kepada kredit seseorang budak, tetapi ia

(2) Dalam seksyen ini "mahkamah rendah" ertinya mana-mana mahkamah yang lebih rendah daripada Mahkamah Tinggi.
