s 7 Appropriate authority not bound by recommendations of Board
The appropriate authority shall give due consideration to any recommendation made by the Board under this Act but shall not be bound to act in accordance with the same.

Pihak berkuasa berkenaan hendaklah memberi pertimbangan wajar kepada apa-apa syor yang dibuat oleh Lembaga di bawah Akta ini tetapi adalah tidak terikat untuk bertindak mengikut syor itu.
