s 1 Short title and application
(1) This Act may be cited as the Corrosive and Explosive Substances and Offensive Weapons Act 1958. (2) This Act shall apply throughout Malaysia.

(1) Akta ini bolehlah dinamakan Akta Bahan-Bahan Kakisan dan Letupan dan Senjata Berbahaya 1958. (2) Akta ini hendaklah terpakai di seluruh Malaysia.
