s 10 Disposal of property
(1) Subject to subsection (2), the Criminal Procedure Code [Act 593] relating to the disposal of property the subject of an offence, shall apply to any article coming into the possession of a police officer under section 9.
(2) Any corrosive or explosive substance or offensive weapon coming into the possession of a police officer under section 9 may be disposed of in such manner as the Minister may order.
(3) Nothing in this section shall be taken to prejudice any right to retain or dispose of property which may exist in law apart from this section.

Pelupusan harta
(1) Tertakluk kepada subseksyen (2), peruntukan Kanun Tatacara Jenayah [Akta 593] yang berhubungan dengan pelupusan harta yang menjadi subjek sesuatu kesalahan, hendaklah terpakai bagi apa-apa artikel yang berada dalam milikan seorang pegawai polis di bawah seksyen 9.
Bahan-Bahan Kakisan dan Letupan dan Senjata Berbahaya
(2) Apa-apa bahan kakisan atau letupan atau senjata berbahaya yang berada dalam milikan seorang pegawai polis di bawah seksyen 9 boleh dilupuskan mengikut apa-apa cara yang diperintahkan oleh Menteri.
(3) Tiada apa-apa jua dalam seksyen ini boleh dikira sebagai menjejaskan apa-apa hak untuk menyimpan atau melupuskan harta yang mungkin wujud di sisi undang-undang selain peruntukan seksyen ini.
