s 12 Exercise of powers notwithstanding delegation

No delegation under this Act of any power or duty shall affect the exercise of such power or the performance of such duty by the Yang di-Pertuan Agong, the Ruler, the Ruler in Council, the Yang di-Pertua Negeri, the Yang di-Pertua Negeri in Council, a Minister or Chief Minister, as the case may be.

Penjalanan kuasa walaupun ada perwakilan

Tiada perwakilan di bawah Akta ini bagi apa-apa kuasa atau kewajipan boleh menyentuh penjalanan kuasa sedemikian atau pelaksanaan kewajipan sedemikian oleh Yang di-Pertuan Agong, Raja, Raja dalam Majlis Mesyuarat, Yang di-Pertua Negeri, Yang di-Pertua Negeri dalam Majlis Mesyuarat, seorang Menteri atau Ketua Menteri, mengikut mana-mana yang berkenaan.
