Delegation of Powers Act 1956 s 19

s 19 Proclamation and warrant to be under hand of Yang di-Pertuan Agong, Ruler or Yang di-Pertua Negeri

Nothing in this Act shall authorize the issue of any proclamation or warrant except under the hand of the Yang di-Pertuan Agong or of the Ruler or Yang di-Pertua Negeri of any State himself.

Proklamasi dan waran hendaklah di bawah tandatangan Yang di-Pertuan Agong, Raja atau Yang di-Pertua Negeri

Tiada apa-apa jua dalam Akta ini boleh membenarkan pengeluaran apa-apa proklamasi atau waran kecuali di bawah tandatangan Yang di-Pertuan Agong atau Raja atau Yang di-Pertua Negeri bagi mana-mana Negeri itu sendiri.
