s 124 Fees

The Minister may make rules prescribing the fees and percentages to be charged for or in respect of proceedings under this Act, and may direct by whom and in what manner, the same are to be collected and accounted for. The fees and percentages charged shall be credited to the Consolidated Fund. Evidence
