The Ruler or Yang di-Pertua Negeri may make Rules. ules generaily for carrying out this Act; and withou rejudice to the generality of the foregoing may mak rules— (a) regulating the practice and procedure of the Tribunal and an Appeal Board constituted under section 15; [Pt. VI, S. 27-28, Sch.] Repeal. 2 of 1956. Kelantan Enaciment No. 17 of 1964. Perlis Enactment No. 4of 1961. Trengganu Enactment No, 6 of 1960. (b) prescribing the fees to be charged in all matters coming before the Tribunal or Appeal Board and for the inspection of the Register of Orders of the Tribunal; and (c) prescribing the remunerations of the Chairman and members of the Tribunal and Appeal Board to be paid out of the State Consolidated Fund.
