When a Ruler has taken the oath of office pres- Parliament cribed by section 4 the Keeper of the Rulers' Seal shall notifed of thereupon notity the tact that such Kuler ıs exercising exercise of the functions of the Yang di-Pertuan Agong in writing to both Houses of Parliament.
