s 2 Interpretation
In this Act, unless the context otherwise requires— “property” includes all estates, interests, easements and rights, whether equitable or legal, in, to or out of property, and things in action.

Dalam Akta ini, melainkan jika konteksnya menghendaki makna yang lain– “harta” termasuklah semua estet, kepentingan, isemen dan hak, sama ada di sisi ekuiti atau undang-undang, dalam, terhadap atau daripada harta, dan benda-benda dalam tindakan.
