s 4 Powers of Corporation
The Corporation may enter into contracts and may acquire, purchase, take, hold and enjoy movable and immovable property of every description, and may convey, assign, surrender and yield
Laws of Malaysia ACT 375 up, charge, mortgage, demise, reassign, transfer or otherwise dispose of, or deal with, any movable or immovable property vested in the Corporation upon such terms as to the Corporation seems fit.

Perbadanan boleh memasuki kontrak dan boleh memperoleh, membeli, mengambil, memegang dan menikmati harta alih dan tak alih daripada setiap perihalan, dan boleh memindah hak, menyerah hak, menyerah balik dan memulangkan, menggadai, menggadai janji, mendemis, menyerah hak semula, memindah milik atau selainnya melupuskan, atau berurusan mengenai, apa-apa harta alih atau harta tak alih yang terletak hak pada Perbadanan atas apa-apa terma sebagaimana yang difikirkan patut oleh Perbadanan.
