Incorporation (State Legislatures Competency) Act 1962 s 2

s 2 Interpretation

In this Act— “existing State law” means any law enacted by any Legislature of a State and in operation in the State immediately before Merdeka Day; “Minister” means the Prime Minister or such Minister as may be nominated by him.

Tafsiran

Dalam Akta ini— “undang-undang Negeri yang sedia ada” ertinya mana-mana undang-undang yang diperbuat oleh mana-mana Badan Perundangan sesuatu Negeri dan yang berkuat kuasa di dalam Negeri itu sebaik sebelum Hari Merdeka; “Menteri” ertinya Perdana Menteri atau mana-mana Menteri sebagaimana yang dinamakan olehnya.
