Interpretation Acts 1948 and 1967 s 65

s 65 Repeal and saving

(1) PART II of this Act [Interpretation and General Clauses Ordinance 1948] is repealed with effect from 18 May 1967 in so far as it is a federal law. (2) Notwithstanding subsection (1), PART II of this Act thereby repealed shall continue to apply to any written law to which it applied immediately before 18 May 1967 and to subsidiary legislation made after that date under such a written law.
