In carrying out such schemes the Commissioner may enter into contracts, employ agents and exercise all powers and do all acts as if the schemes are carried out by the Commissioner under the Local Government Act 1976 [Act 171].
Kuasa membuat kontrak, menggaji ejen, dsb.
Pada menjalankan skim sedemikian, Datuk Bandar boleh membuat kontrak, menggaji ejen dan menjalankan segala kuasa dan melakukan segala perbuatan seolah-olah skim itu dijalankan oleh Datuk Bandar di bawah Akta Kerajaan Tempatan 1976 [Akta 171].
