(1) The remuneration of members of the Commissions specified in the Schedule shall consist of the salary or fixed allowance, allowances and privileges prescribed therein. Service Commissions (2) The salary or fixed allowance of each member of such Commission shall— (a) commence from the date of his appointment; (b) accrue from day to day; and (c) be payable monthly on the last day of each month, or on such other day as the Minister of Finance may from time to time determine.
(1) Saraan ahli-ahli Suruhanjaya yang dinyatakan dalam Jadual hendaklah mengandungı gajı atau elaun tetap, elaun-elaun dan keistimewaan-keistimewaan yang ditetapkan di dalamnya. (2) Gaji atau elaun tetap setiap ahli Suruhanjaya hendaklah— (a) bermula dari tarikh perlantikannya; (b) terakru dari hari ke hari; dan [Bah. IV, S. 10-13, Jadual] (c) dibayar secara bulanan pada hari terakhir setiap bulan, atau pada apa-apa hari lain sebagaimana yang ditentukan oleh Menteri Kewangan dari semasa ke semasa.
