(1) The sum required for the remuneration payable under this Act shall be charged on the Consolidated Fund. (2) Until the coming into operation of Part VII of the Federal Constitution, the sum charged by subsection (1) on the Consolidated Fund shall be charged on and paid out of the revenues of Malaysia. Schedule may be amended by regulations
(1) Jumlah wang yang diperlukan untuk saraan Tanggungan yang boleh dibayar di bawah Akta ini hendaklah dan pembayaran dipertanggungkan kepada Kumpulan Wang Disatukan. saraan. (2) Sehingga berkuatkuasanya Bahagian VII Perlembagaan Persekutuan jumlah wang yang dipertanggungkan oleh subseksyen (1) kepada Kumpulan Wang Disatukan hendaklah dipertanggungkan kepada dan dibayar daripada hasil Malaysia.
