Every member of a Commission shall have such and like protection and privileges in case of any action or suit brought against him for any act done or omitted to be done by him when acting in the execution of his office as is by law given to any Magistrate acting in the execution of his office.
Tiap-tiap ahli Suruhanjaya hendaklah mendapal perlindungan dan keistimewaan yang sedemikian dar yang sama dalam hal apa-apa tindakan atau guamar yang diambil terhadapnya bagı apa-apa perbuatan yanı dilakukan atau ditinggalkan daripada dilakükai olehnya semasa bertindak dalam menyempurnakaı tugasjawatannya sepertimana mengikut undang undang yang diberi kepada Majistret dalan menyempurnakan tugasjawatannya. Memberi maklumat palsu kepada Suruhanjaya.
