Assignment of Revenue (Export Duty on Iron Ore) Act 1962 s 3

s 3 Restriction of royalty provisions in leases, etc.

No provision for the levying of royalties on, or similar charges in respect of, iron ore produced in any State (whether under a lease or other instrument or under any State Enactment, and whether the instrument was made or the Enactment passed before or after the coming into operation of this section) shall have effect after the relevant date except— (a) in the case of a provision made before the coming into operation of this section, in so far as the Minister (whether before or after the relevant date) directs that the provision shall have effect; (b) in the case of a provision made after the coming into operation of this section, if the Minister has signified his approval in writing to the provision.

Sekatan peruntukan royalti dalam pajakan, dsb.

Tiada peruntukan bagi melevi royalti atas, atau caj yang Penyerahhakan Hasil (Duti Eksport atas Bijih Besi) seumpamanya berkenaan dengan, bijih besi yang dikeluarkan di mana-mana Negeri (sama ada di bawah suatu pajakan atau surat cara lain atau di bawah mana-mana Enakmen Negeri, dan sama ada surat cara itu telah dibuat atau Enakmen itu diluluskan sebelum atau selepas seksyen ini mula berkuat kuasa) boleh berkuat kuasa selepas tarikh relevan kecuali— (a) dalam hal sesuatu peruntukan yang dibuat sebelum seksyen ini mula berkuat kuasa, setakat mana yang diarahkan oleh Menteri (sama ada sebelum atau selepas tarikh relevan) bahawa peruntukan itu hendaklah berkuat kuasa; (b) dalam hal sesuatu peruntukan yang dibuat selepas seksyen ini mula berkuat kuasa, jika Menteri telah menandakan kelulusannya secara bertulis mengenai peruntukan itu.
