s 1

(1) This Act may be cited as the Assignment of Export Short title, Duty (Mineral-ores) Act, 1964, and shall come into force on such date as the Minister of Finance may by notification application. in the Gazette appoint, such date not being earlier than that on which the notification is published. (2) The provisions of sections 2 and 3 of this Act shall not apply to the States of Sabah and Sarawak.
