s 10 Method of payment of contribution
Subject to this Act, the Minister may make regulations for any matter relating or incidental to the payment and collection of contributions payable under this Act and without prejudice to the generality of the foregoing power such regulations may provide for—
(a) the manner and time of payment of contributions;
(b) the payment of contributions either in cash or cheque or any other mode of payment;
(c) the date by which evidence of contributions having been paid is to be received by the Organization;
(d) the entry in an approved manner in or upon books or forms of particulars of contributions paid and benefits distributed in case of the insured persons to whom such books or forms relate; and
(e) the issue, sale, custody, production, inspection and delivery of materials, books or forms or the replacement of materials, books or forms which have been lost, destroyed or defaced.

Cara membayar caruman
Tertakluk kepada Akta ini, Menteri boleh membuat peraturan-peraturan bagi apa-apa perkara yang berkaitan atau bersampingan dengan pembayaran dan pemungutan caruman yang kena dibayar di bawah Akta ini dan dengan tidak menyentuh keluasan kuasa yang tersebut di atas peraturan-peraturan itu boleh membuat peruntukan tentang—
(a) cara dan masa pembayaran caruman;
(b) pembayaran caruman sama ada dengan wang tunai atau cek atau apa-apa cara pembayaran yang lain;
(c) tarikh sehingga bila keterangan mengenai caruman yang telah dibayar akan diterima oleh Pertubuhan;
(d) catatan dengan cara yang diluluskan butiran dalam atau pada buku, borang mengenai caruman yang dibayar dan faedah yang dibahagikan mengenai orang berinsurans yang berkaitan dengan buku atau borang itu; dan
(e) pengeluaran, penjualan, penyimpanan, pengemukaan, pemeriksaan dan penyerahan bahan, buku, atau borang atau penggantian bahan, buku atau borang yang telah hilang, binasa atau cacat.
