s 101 Exemption from one or more provisions of the Act

The Minister may, by notification in the Gazette, exempt any employee or class of employees in any industry or class of industries from one or more of the provisions relating to the benefits provided under this Act.

Pengecualian daripada satu peruntukan Akta ini atau lebih

Menteri boleh, melalui pemberitahuan dalam Warta, mengecualikan mana-mana pekerja atau kelas pekerja dalam mana-mana perusahaan atau kelas perusahaan daripada satu peruntukan atau lebih berkaitan dengan faedah yang diperuntukkan di bawah Akta ini.
