Without prejudice to any other method of recovery of contribution or other sum payable or recoverable under the provisions of this Act, any debt due to the Organization may be recoverable as if it is an arrear of land rent or an arrear of a sum payable to a local authority: Provided that this section shall not become operative in a State until adopted by the Legislature of that State.
Mendapatkan balik caruman, dsb.
Dengan tidak menyentuh apa-apa cara lain bagi mendapatkan caruman atau wang lain yang kena dibayar atau yang boleh didapatkan di bawah Akta ini, apa-apa hutang yang kena dibayar kepada Pertubuhan boleh didapatkan, seolah-olah ia tunggakan sewa tanah atau tunggakan sejumlah wang yang kena dibayar kepada pihak berkuasa tempatan: Dengan syarat bahawa seksyen ini tidaklah boleh berkuat kuasa dalam sesebuah Negeri sehingga diterima oleh Badan Perundangan Negeri itu.
