No employer by reason only of his liability for any contributions payable under this Act shall, directly or indirectly reduce the wages of any employee, or except as provided by the regulations, discontinue or reduce benefits payable to him under the conditions of his service which are similar to the benefits conferred by this Act.
Majikan tidak boleh mengurangkan gaji, dsb.
Tiada seseorang majikan jua boleh, semata-mata oleh sebab tanggungannya terhadap apa-apa caruman yang kena dibayar di bawah Akta ini, boleh, secara langsung atau tidak langsung, mengurangkan gaji mana-mana pekerja, atau kecuali sebagaimana yang diperuntukkan dalam peraturan, memberhentikan atau mengurangkan faedah yang kena dibayar kepada pekerja itu menurut syarat perkhidmatannya yang serupa dengan faedah yang diberikan oleh Akta ini.
