s 57B Organization to be responsible for the recovery and collection of repayments of educational loans

(1) The Organization shall be responsible for the recovery and collection of repayments of educational loans paid out to a dependant child under section 57 A . (2) An educational loan which is not repaid or which is in arrears shall be treated as a civil debt owned by a dependant child to the Organization and the Organization may avail itself of such means as are permitted under the law for the recovery of such debt.
