s 59E Cessation of membership of Board

(1) A member of the Board shall cease to be a member— (a) if he fails to attend three consecutive meetings without leave of the Board; or (b) if his appointment is revoked by the Minister. (2) A member of the Board appointed by the Minister under paragraphs 59 B (2)(a), (2)(d), (2)(e) and (2)(f) may resign his office by notice in writing to the Minister.
