s 59L Appointment of officers and servants

(1) Subject to section 59, the Board may appoint such other officers and servants of the Organization as may be necessary for the purpose of carrying out this Act. (2) No person shall be eligible for employment as officer or servant of the Organization if he has, directly or indirectly any share or interest in any contract or proposed contract with, for or on behalf of the Organization. (3) Any officer or servant of the Organization who has or acquires directly or indirectly any such share or interest shall be liable to dismissal by the Board: Provided that no such officer or servant shall be dismissed without being given a reasonable opportunity of being heard.
