s 59O Power to make staff rules

(1) With the approval of the Minister, the Board may, from time to time, make staff rules relating to the conditions of service of officers and servants (other than the Director General and Deputy Director General) of the Organization: Provided that in making such rules, the Board shall have regard to the rates of pay and other conditions of service applicable to officers and servants of statutory bodies. (2) Without prejudice to the generality of subsection (1) such rules may provide for matters specified in the Seventh Schedule.
